Mission Evaluation

“To know if the FLN Mission is meeting the expected learning outcomes and developing subsequent targets, student assessments will be carried out at least at three times – baseline, midline, and endline . Evaluation would be conducted in a representative sample of schools that are selected systematically, using a complete sampling frame.”

Mentor Dipstick (Spot Assessments)

It is imperative that student learning be made a crucial proxy for mission diagnosis. Spot assessments are done to track status of student learning at any given point in time, throughout the year.

These spot testing reports aim to energise the mission at the block and cluster levels. The Block Project Implementation Units and cluster head offices will  plan next steps and take data-driven actions based on these reports for quick and effective remediation- for example, low performing schools can be identified through the reports, and priority visits would  be planned accordingly.

Endline Study

Endline assessments will be conducted at the end of each academic year to track the mission health annually by a group of third party field investigators. This assessment reports will be used to lead  goal setting and program planning at state and district level.
