As per NIPUN Bharat Mission, Haryana focused on a comprehensive FLN TPD program to provide end-to-end support to FLN grade teachers. A holistic FLN Teacher Professional Development Programme designed keeping the following in mind:
- Relevant Content linked to literacy, numeracy, general pedagogy teacher competencies
- Skills and Practice focused modules to impart practical know-how of key concepts and classroom micro-practices
- Blended delivery combining synchronous and asynchronous learning to drive teacher engagement
- Ongoing Engagement including academic support, peer learning, review meetings and feedback
